Terms and Conditions – Global Link HR Membership Plans

By subscribing to any membership plan with Global Link Human Resource Corp., you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Access

• Plan benefits are exclusive to the account holder and may not be shared or transferred.

• Access to services (resume reviews, coaching, webinars, etc.) is limited as per the plan tier selected.

• AI-powered assistant usage is subject to fair use monitoring.

2. Service Scheduling

• Coaching and resume sessions must be booked in advance through the portal.

• Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may count toward your session limit.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused services or time within a billing cycle.

• Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime but remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Support Response Times

• Email and support turnaround times vary by plan tier (48 hours for Starter, 24 hours for Accelerator, same-day for Pro).

5. Featured Listings

• “Featured Candidate” placements are curated and offered at Global Link HR’s discretion based on eligibility and availability.

6. Plan Changes

• Global Link HR reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, or availability with prior notice to existing members.

7. Fair Use & Conduct

• Abuse of services (e.g., spamming AI chat, rescheduling sessions excessively) may result in suspended access without refund.

• All communication with career coaches and support staff must remain respectful and professional
