Employer Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Usage Scope

• Your membership provides access to platform features and services as outlined in the plan you selected.

• Access is limited to your organization only and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold.

2. Job Postings

• All job listings must comply with relevant employment laws and Global Link HR’s content standards.

• We reserve the right to remove or reject postings that contain misleading information, discriminatory language, or violate our platform guidelines.

3. Candidate Data

• Candidate information accessed through your plan is confidential and may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes.

• You may not distribute, resell, or use candidate data for marketing, resale, or solicitation.

4. Payments & Renewals

• Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• All fees are non-refundable once billing is processed.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Plan benefits remain active until the current paid term ends.

6. Fair Use Policy

• Posting volume and candidate access are subject to fair use limits based on your plan. Excessive activity may trigger review or restrictions.

• We reserve the right to suspend or downgrade accounts that abuse posting features or messaging tools.

7. Platform Integrity

• Any attempt to manipulate platform mechanics, such as faking job listings, scraping data, or spamming candidates, will result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Changes to Plans

• We may update plan features, pricing, or terms with prior notice. Continued use after changes implies agreement with the new terms.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• While we strive to connect quality candidates with employers, we do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

• We are not responsible for candidate behavior, false credentials, or hiring-related decisions.
